Sign in to your account and visit Order Status to view tracking details. Guests can use their order number and billing ZIP on the Track Order page.

All transactions are encrypted with industry-standard TLS. We never store your full card number on our servers.

We'll email you with the expected ship date. You can cancel a backordered item from your order details at any time before it ships.

Account Updates as of April 2026

We've made some updates to how HRANDY accounts work. Here's what's changed.

We've consolidated accounts across our family of brands so you can sign in once and access everything.

Nothing changes—your account, orders, and saved items remain available as usual.

Your accounts will be merged automatically. Your purchase history and saved items from both will appear together.

Sign in to either account and follow the prompts to link them under one preferred email.

Try signing in with your alternate email. If you still can't find it, contact customer service and we'll help locate it.

Billing & Charges

A temporary hold placed on your card to verify funds. It's released within a few business days if the order isn't fulfilled.

Your card is charged when your order ships, not when you place the order.

Refunds typically post to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the return.

Shipping

Standard shipping is free on all orders. Expedited and overnight options are available at checkout.

Check the tracking link in your shipping confirmation. If it shows delivered but you can't find it, contact us within 30 days.

Choose your destination country at checkout to see available shipping options and duties.

Returns & Exchanges

Start a return from your Order Status page. Print the prepaid label and drop the package at any carrier location.

Pack the item in its original condition with tags attached, include the return slip, and ship using the prepaid label.

Bring the item with proof of purchase to any HRANDY store for an immediate refund or exchange.

Warranty details are listed on the product page and included with your shipment. For specific questions contact customer service.
