Pricing Policy
Price Adjustments — If we mark down the price of an item you've already purchased, we're happy to adjust the price at your request within 14 days of your shipment date.
To qualify for a price adjustment:
- The item must be identical in color and size.
- The item must still be in stock at HRANDY at the lower price.
- Price adjustments apply only to items sold and shipped directly by HRANDY at hrandy.com.
Please note:
- We do not match order-level discounts, gift card promotions or shipping offers.
- We do not match prices from outlet stores, flash sales, auctions, member clubs, or third-party marketplace sellers.
- Price adjustments are not available for items included in seasonal Savings Events, Limited-Time Sales or Daily Deals.
- We do not accept automated price adjustment requests from third-party services.
- Only one price adjustment per item is allowed.
- Designer and limited-edition items purchased on sale are excluded from price adjustments.
- Approved adjustments will be credited back to your original form of payment.
- HRANDY is not responsible for typographical errors or changes in prices listed in marketing materials. Items may not be available in every region.
