No Hassle, No Time Limit. If you're not happy with a HRANDY purchase, we'll do our best to make things right. Return items in their original condition with tags attached.

How to Return

• Start your return online from your Order Status page.
• Print the prepaid return label and pack the item securely.
• Drop the package at any major carrier location.
• Refunds post to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receipt.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Start an exchange from your order details and we'll ship the new item right away.

Exclusions

• Final sale items, fragrance, fine jewelry and personalized goods are not eligible for return.
• Worn or altered merchandise will not be accepted.
